Palestine Church is a small, welcoming community of believers located in Holladay, Tennessee. We are dedicated to sharing God's love, growing in faith together, and serving our community with compassion and grace.

At Palestine Church, we believe in the foundational truths of the Christian faith:
We believe in the Providence of God the Father almighty, who created heaven and earth and sustains all things according to His will. He alone is holy, righteous, and worthy of worship and praise. He is infinite in power, wisdom, justice, goodness, and love.
We believe in the Authority of Jesus Christ, who is the head of the church, which is His body. Through His blood, which was shed on the cross, atonement for sin was accomplished once and for all. We confess that Jesus is Lord and truly God, the only begotten Son of the Father. He was born of the virgin Mary, suffered and died on the cross, and was raised from the dead. He appeared to many witnesses and then ascended back to the Father.
We believe in the Living Holy Spirit that leads and guides us into paths of righteousness. The Holy Spirit is eternal and equal to the Father and Son. Together, they are one God, in three persons. The Holy Spirit dwells within us as believers and guides us toward the will of the Father.
We believe in Eternal salvation that is by the grace of God alone, through faith in Jesus Christ. It is the free gift of God and not something we can earn with our own merit.
We believe in the Sharing of the gospel message. Our purpose as the church is to worship God, build up and encourage one another, and proclaim the gospel to the world around us and make disciples.
We believe in Two sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion. Baptism signifies repentance from sin and entrance into a life of faithful discipleship. Those who were baptized as infants are not excluded from baptism when they later come to repentance and faith, and all who confess Jesus Christ as Lord are welcome to receive baptism. Communion was instituted by Jesus at the last supper, as a representation of our redemption, a memorial of His suffering and death, and a remembrance of His love. The table is open to anyone who truly repents of their sin and seeks to live in love and peace with their neighbor.
We believe in the Inspired and authoritative Word of God, the Holy Bible, which is made up of the 39 books of the Old Testament and 27 books of the New Testament. It reveals the nature and will of God. It alone is our scriptural authority, containing everything necessary for our salvation.
We believe in the New Commandment Jesus left us with, to love one another, as He loved us. This love is the standard by which the world will know we are followers of Jesus, and the expectation for how we are to treat each other within this church and those in our community.
We believe in Everlasting life and the resurrection of the dead. We know we will be raised to everlasting life after death because of the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
